LoveTech Video Challenge
We want you (or you and some friends) to make a video, and tell us why you “Love Tech”. Grab a camera or put together animation, slides, typography – anything! – and show us in 120 seconds why you are interested in technology!
Who Can Enter?
The LoveTech video contest is open to students enrolled in a technology based degree program.
Guidelines
1.) Create a 90-120 second video on why you “LoveTech”.
2.) Upload it to YouTube and send the link, or you can send us the video file and the completed release form to getahead@batec.org.
3.) Once we’ve reviewed your video, it could be front and center on our contest Facebook page. You never know who’s watching!
This is your opportunity to shine in front of peers, faculty, and maybe executives from America’s biggest technology companies.
The staff at BATEC plan to choose the winners based on overall quality, creativity, strength of the message / story presented, quality of videography and editing, musical accompaniment (if any), and special effects (if any). We also plan to select a popular vote winner.
How to Vote
Go to Facebook and vote for your favorite entry. The one with the most “likes” gets a prize.
Prizes
Rewards for the contest include technology related prizes, recognition as a result of the videos, and a resume booster for students that participate in the contest.
