As a Code.org Regional Partner, we offer Code.org Professional Learning Programs in Massachusetts.  We are part of a nationwide network of Regional Partners, working together to support efforts to expand access to computer science in K-12 schools.  Code.org professional learning programs offer high quality professional development to educators and strive to build a positive local computer science educator community.

The Code.org Professional Learning Program is open and provided at no cost to Massachusetts educators who are interested in teaching computer science with Code.org resources. While no prior computer science experience is required, we do encourage educators to participate in a New to CS Bootcamp prior to participating in the Professional Learning Programs.

About Code.org

Code.org is a Seattle-based, 501c3 non-profit dedicated to expanding access to computer science and increasing participation by women and underrepresented students of color. Our vision is that every student in every school should have the opportunity to learn computer science. Since launching in 2013, Code.org has partnered with public school districts nationwide, helped change policies to expand computer science programs, built innovative curriculum for all levels K-12, and organized the Hour of Code campaign – which has introduced over 100 million students to computer science to date.
