Request a certificate showing the hours and PDPs for CSforMA course.
If your workshop was only 1 day, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance instead.

Request a “Letter of Attestation” that lists Subject Matter Knowledge (SMK’s) covered by a CSforMA course. Note that you must attend all of the class meetings for a course in order to receive a LoA.
