Letter of Attestation Request Form
Request a “Letter of Attestation” that lists Subject Matter Knowledge (SMK’s) covered by a CSforMA course. Read more about MA DESE Licensure in DLCS. Note that you must attend all of the class meetings for a course in order to receive a LoA.
